At AKG, we specialize in collectible sticker products designed for albums and collections.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

❌ No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong product ordered
• Opened or used items
• Sticker packs or collectible cards once delivered

This policy exists because collectible items lose their value once opened or handled.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only replace or assist in cases where:

• The item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong product
• Your order is incomplete

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
